At Get Set Seniors we understand that many older people wish to retain their independence and freedom, whilst also accepting that they require occasional assistance with everyday life. We are here to bridge the gap between independence and care, by offering meaningful, engaging, affordable, useful and practical services, such as; housework, cleaning, meal preparation, hobby sessions and companionship. We also have an in house chair based exercise therapist offering one to one therapy for recovery, improving mobility and well-being.
